Please be advised that during maintenance of SOS’ IT systems on March 4, 2019, the server, that supports a number of SOS databases failed. Specifically, the Notary and Charities systems were affected. Any information that SOS received via phone or fax on March 4th, must be re-entered. Please contact our office at 410-974-5521 to ensure that your business transactions with SOS on March 4th have been properly documented. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The Workgroup to Study Child Custody Court Proceedings Involving Child Abuse or Domestic Violence Allegations will hold their first meeting on Tuesday, June 11 from 10 am - 12 pm in the fourth floor conference room of the office of the Secretary of State, located in the Wineland Building at 16 Francis Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
