Board of State Canvassers

The Secretary of State, along with the Comptroller, the State Treasurer, the Clerk of the Court of Appeals and the Attorney General, sits as a member of the Board of State Canvassers. The Board meets after each State election to examine the voting totals to determine and declare what candidates have been elected to each office and what judges will continue in office.
